Education & Change

Direct Remark provides education and problem-solving workshops for senior managers and decision makers to drive business change.

We understand the client's business needs before program design, and the content of each of our programs is carefully customized so that the program experience complements and drives desired changes in organizational performance. Our programs assist participants understand "why, what, and how" to change business performance.

Program participants are coached to apply training concepts to concrete opportunities within their companies, determine how improvements will be made, and if necessary develop the internal support for implementing their projects. These projects frequently result in immediate benefits for their companies.

Program design incorporates our extensive management and consulting experience and is delivered in an innovative format that combines business concepts and frameworks with case studies, industry examples, games and computer simulations in a highly participative learning environment.

We have conducted a wide variety of programs, ranging from programs for a single department to strategic cross-functional programs and others that have included external business partners. For instance, Direct Remark has:

  • Facilitated problem solving workshops for decision makers to address key business challenges associated with the global supply chain of a single product line across multiple departments and business units;
  • Conducted a series of development workshops to (1)specify the actions necessary to support the company's top business priorities and build internal and external consensus around a program of change;
  • Delivered workshops to address supply chain challenges unique to a specific industry and country;
Direct Remark is also affiliated with the American University in Bulgaria where it delivers several executive programs in supply chain management.
